Our database contains experienced professionals – officers and ratings are highly qualified, all English speaking and all of them STCW 95, I.S.M and QMS certified, holding all required licenses and additional licenses for respective type of vessel. Romanian seafarers are graduates of the Maritime University of Constanta and Mircea cel Batran Military Academy and their STCW training is fulfilled at the Romanian Maritime Training Center. Recruitment and deployment of qualified shipboard personnel are followed by strict selection procedures of candidates through interviews, personal history verification and computer based testing.
